Kindergarten readiness screener adopted by Kentucky:
Its goals are to identify kindergarten readiness to help plan for instruction and identify children who may need accomodations or extensions.
MAP
The MAP assessments is used to measure a student's growth in Mathematics and Reading. The First assessment gathers a baseline and the next assessment measures the students' growth to that point.
SNAP
*A math assessment that identifies very specific skills your child has already mastered and areas that need to show growth. This assessment data helps me plan instruction to target my student's weak areas and extend their areas of strength.
